Chat Reveal — Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Service

Chat Reveal is an AI-powered conversation analysis tool that processes text conversations submitted by users and returns insights about tone, intent, sentiment, and communication patterns. All analysis is generated automatically using artificial intelligence systems.

2. Relationship with General Terms

These Terms supplement the general Terms of Service provided by Firecat Labs. In the event of any conflict, these product-specific Terms shall prevail with respect to Chat Reveal.

3. Submitted Content

When you submit conversations or text to Chat Reveal:

• You retain ownership of the content you submit
• You grant us a limited, temporary license to process it solely to provide the service
• You represent that you have the legal right to share such content
• You are responsible for ensuring that sharing third-party conversations complies with applicable privacy laws and reasonable expectations of the parties involved

We do not use submitted conversations to train AI models or share them with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

4. Artificial Intelligence and Content

You acknowledge that:

• All analysis is generated by artificial intelligence
• Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
• Results are not verified for correctness before delivery
• The same input may produce different results across sessions

You agree not to rely on the service as a source of factual, professional, or legally binding information.

5. Credits and Usage

Use of analysis features may require virtual credits. Credits:

• Are consumed per analysis request
• May be granted freely, purchased, or included in subscriptions
• Have no monetary value and are non-transferable

We reserve the right to modify credit allocation, limits, or consumption rules at any time.

6. Usage Limits

The service may enforce limitations, including:

• Maximum length or number of conversations per session
• Rate limits on analysis requests
• Automatic removal of stored analysis history

These limits may vary depending on your plan.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Chat Reveal to:

• Surveil, monitor, or harass other individuals without their knowledge or consent
• Process content obtained through unauthorized interception of communications
• Generate material intended to manipulate, deceive, or harm others
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit AI behavior
• Interfere with system integrity or performance
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. No Professional Use

Chat Reveal must not be used as a substitute for:

• Psychological or mental health counseling
• Legal advice or proceedings
• Medical diagnosis or treatment
• Crisis intervention or emergency response
• Any other professional service requiring licensed expertise

9. Availability

Chat Reveal depends on third-party services and infrastructure. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or uninterrupted availability
• Error-free operation
• Retention of submitted content or analysis history

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firecat Labs shall not be liable for:

• Decisions made based on AI-generated analysis
• Errors, inaccuracies, or misinterpretations in outputs
• Loss of submitted content or analysis data
• Service interruptions or unavailability
• Any consequences arising from use or misuse of the service

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Chat Reveal at any time, including in cases of misuse, violation of these Terms, or violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Chat Reveal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
